It was overcast, then sunny, windy, glassy but definitely heavy all day. The currents were bad, but for a few hardcore locals, it was doable. Combining storms made these mean bowls wrap violently around the sandbar.

foto 1 SEQUENCE OF A MUNTANT The next 6 photos are a case study to the true power Nor-Cal sandbars can produce. I am still injured, but it almost hurt more watching perfect barrels dump consistently onto the shallow sandbar than my injuries.
